Four sauces. Almost everything here arrives under one of them.
The printed menu runs to about a hundred and ten dishes under fourteen headings, which is how Mexican menus are always built and is not how anybody actually orders. Nobody wants the burrito section. They want the white cheese sauce.
So this is the same menu, sorted by what gets poured over the top. Prices are the ones printed on the menu at the door.

Sauce four
Consome
The birria broth. It is the only sauce here that arrives in its own bowl and expects you to do something with it.

Two dishes, and they are the reason a good number of people drive to the Square on a Tuesday. Order either one and do not skip the dipping.
And then
Everything the sauces do not cover
